Copyright and Licensing
General Provisions
By submitting an article to the editorial board of the "Agricultural Science and Practice" journal, the authors confirm that the manuscript has not been submitted to other publishers and grant the journal the right of first publication in accordance with the terms of the Agreement on Transfer of Copyright.
Copyright
Authors retain all copyright to their articles without restrictions and simultaneously grant the journal a non-exclusive license for publication, distribution, and indexing.
Authors have the right to:
- use article materials for educational and teaching purposes;
- include article materials in other original works;
- deposit preprint, postprint, or published version of the article in institutional, disciplinary, or personal repositories;
- post articles on personal or institutional websites;
- distribute articles for non-commercial purposes.
Licensing
The "Agricultural Science and Practice" journal publishes articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
This license allows to:
- share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;
- use the material for educational and research purposes.
Under the following conditions:
- Attribution — you must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made;
- Non Commercial — the material may not be used for commercial purposes;
- No Derivatives — if you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.
First Publication Rights
Authors grant the journal the right of first publication, which allows for the dissemination of scientific material with attribution of authorship and primary publication in the "Agricultural Science and Practice" journal.
Open Access
All published materials are available under open access and may be used by other researchers for scientific non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license requirements.
Self-Archiving
Authors may deposit any version of their articles (preprint, postprint, or published version) in institutional, disciplinary, or personal repositories without embargo, provided that it is indicated that the article has been published in the "Agricultural Science and Practice" journal and the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license is specified.
Additional Permissions
For systematic large-scale distribution or inclusion of articles in commercial publications, written permission from the editorial board is required.
Mandatory Citation
Any use of materials requires mandatory attribution of the original article data in the "Agricultural Science and Practice" journal and reference to the license.
Copyright Clarification
Important: These copyright terms apply exclusively to published content and are separate from copyright terms for the journal's website design. Copyright terms do not contradict licensing terms or the journal's open-access policy.
The initial copyright to the article belongs to the authors. Creative Commons license terms do not apply to copyright holders (authors), who may use their works without the restrictions established by the license.
